  1. Can I return a purchased item?
    We offer you the option to return any item purchased from us, provided it is unworn and undamaged. From the date of receipt, you have 30 days to return the item and receive a full refund.   2. Can I view or try on a helmet in person?
    Although BIKEHAT. is an online-only brand, we understand that a helmet is best experienced and fitted in person. If you are in Amsterdam, we would be happy to arrange a private appointment so you can see and try on our helmet. Simply contact us via our Contact page to schedule a time.
  3. What helmet size do I need?
    Use a measuring tape to measure the circumference of your head. The helmet circumferences are listed with each helmet. Check which size matches your measurement.
